SYNERGY
PROJECT SYNERGY is the official name for the mission to assemble, produce, and establish a group of performers composed of seven incredibly talented young women from all over Luzon that excel in various fields of entertainment that are able to represent and elevate the neo-culture and pride to the Philippines. These strong young minds have passion, strategy, and experience under their belts in both artistry and executive skill by having prolific background in the Filipino entertainment industry. It is these factors that allow them to properly progress into this project and cement themselves as a robust and powerhouse self-producing group.Their music currently focuses on Hip-hop, EDM, and R&B and includes dance. Think idols such as K-Pop or P-Pop. Despite looking, sounding, and presenting as a typical idol group, the girls do not claim to be idols as their expression and goals are far from what is considered idol culture. Their style is more akin to indie, underground, or Western artists' culture but with a Southeast Asian twist.The members themselves are in control of all aspects of their discography such as producing, choreographing, songwriting, graphic design, and business strategy. The girls work very hard to establish a strong foundation and aim to focus their platform on the internet and its massive influence that has now evolved into something the members themselves have been raised in and therefore have mastered individually prior to coming together as a group.
HISTORY
It all started at the height of the worldwide pandemic in 2020 by two students from Meridian International "MINT" College, ELYN ALBERTO and GISELLE PAGUYO, who are also known as HIRAYA, THE ORACLE and GIORGIA respectively. Alberto and Paguyo were originally solo acts - and still currently operate as such from time to time. One reached out to the other to collaborate for a new single that evolved into the two students taking the initiative to take it into their own hands and fulfill their dreams themselves. Because as it seemed then, the world was about to give up on everyone.Against all odds, the two students were able to find gem after gem in a short period of time, jokingly referred to by the girls as a way similar to how Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr were able to search for the first batch of X-Men. A bond was quickly developed between the members and before you knew it, PROJECT SYNERGY had officially been created. The girls had decided their group name to be SYNERGY as their individual power already struck pillars, what more combined?As it currently stands, SYNERGY is aided by a team composed of self-establishing students that are equally talented, passionate, and experienced. This team is KAHIDA ALPHA, the startup creative contents circle established by member ELYN.

It all started at the time the worldwide pandemic had began its steady decline in 2022, set into motion by two employees of a prominent entertainment company in the Philippines, ELYN ALBERTO and ALEXIS HERNANDEZ. This project is one of many that has been stored in Elyn’s vault for a while now, but she didn’t feel the need start the time as she was focused on her girls; and because she didn’t know anyone to start it with- until she met Alexis. After getting to know this new workmate, Elyn had shared her current mission to him as it was already in the middle of its search phase. Little did she know that Alexis was the person the universe wanted her to meet as he had a goal of his own that he wanted her to assist in. This led to Elyn activating one of the projects she had dormant in her shelf of group plans. One she never had thought to be used so soon, PROJECT EXCEED.These two industry professionals have taken the initiative to take matters into their own hands and fulfill their dreams themselves. Because as it seemed then, the world was about to give up on them. Against all odds, the two were able to find gem after gem in a short period of time. The name EXCEED is used as these boys have the potential to break barriers and exceed what is expected of boy groups in the social climate we are in today. OBJECTIVES
To establish this girl group as the "anti-idols" (similar to anti-heroes) of the industry with troublemaking shenanigans in a scene full of cookie-cutter groups that grace the OPM and P-POP scene using hip-hop, R&B, and synth fusion that is present in our music. Alongside this, we aim to represent the easy-going and witty yet brave and feisty personality of the Gen-Z Filipino through all the mediums we appear in.
GOALS
To introduce authentic content that can reflect an image of being the voice of this generation. To elevate Filipino representation and presence in international media. To showcase a group of role models who freely express their creative freedom and continuously break barriers fearlessly and passionately.
To debut a 4-5 member boy group whose musical genre focuses on light pop and neo-contemporary fusion. They embody an image of dreamy, elegant and expressive young men with a boyish charm. Alongside this, we aim to represent the elegance and youthfulness yet bright and forward personality of the Gen-Z Filipino through all the mediums we appear in.

ELYN is a 22-year old rapper and producer from Taguig City. She had started producing at age 15 and had started performing live at 19 years old as an underground artist through being a member of the hip-hop collective, NEVERMORE (formerly KRAZY MANILA). She performs under the stage name Hiraya, The Øracle and releases her music in numerous streaming platforms. She released her first digital single on February 22, 2022.She has had experiences in numerous fields of entertainment such as writing, dancing, hosting, acting, and directing. The latter of which she had won best director for the The National Council for Children’s Television (NCCT) in 2017. She had also gained accolades in the field of journalism through winning numerous championships in Radio and TV Broadcasting for the National Schools Press Conference having reached as far as Regionals, representing two schools in her six-year run.She currently operates a YouTube channel under the name Misaiquic where she does gaming, skits, and reaction videos. She is also currently production assistant and social media manager for ShowBT Philippines, handling artists such as SB19 and 4th Impact.The many ventures and leadership roles she had undertaken growing up had also earned her a Gerry Roxas Leadership Award back in 2016. She had recently earned her bachelor's degree in July 2022, gaining a leadership award and the honor of being the class speaker. She is currently establishing a label of her own called KAHIDA ALPHA. GIORGIA came out of the womb performing (not literally, that would be incredible). She was born to 2 musicians, so her love for entertainment started at a very young age. Always singing and dancing ridiculously at home, her talents becoming more refined after taking vocal lessons, Indian and Hip-hop dance lessons at school. Also, around this time is when she got her first taste of performing on a stage, and it was an adrenaline high. It was in high school where her interest in entertainment seriously cemented.She was the bass player in a band she took part in forming where she learned the art of songwriting, joined several theatre stage productions which was what drove her to choose theatre as her future career choice.
